How long does shipping take ?
Customers can select their preferred shipping speed at check out through USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination.
How do pre-orders work ?
Pre-order items are estimated to ship within 1-3 weeks, depending on order volume. Most orders are expected to ship sooner, but this timeframe allows for production and fulfillment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Can I return my amazing product ?
Absolutely! As long as the product has been recieved within 14 days, you can contact us to request a full refund (excluding shipping).
Can I exchange my product for a different size/color?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for color. However, we are able to offer exchanges for size based on availability.
